Idaho House Joint Resolution 004

HJR4 is a proposed amendment to the Idaho Constitution that passed both the Idaho House and the Idaho Senate in 2025

IDAHO HJR4 will be on the November 3rd, 2026 ballot 

for the people to decide:

• SHOULD THE IDAHO LEGISLATURE HAVE EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY OVER THE FUTURE REFORM OF ANY SCHEDULE I or SCHEDULE II DRUG LAWS?

OR 

• SHOULD THE PEOPLE OF IDAHO MAINTAIN THE RIGHT TO BRING CITIZEN INITIATIVES ABOUT THESE ISSUES TO THE BALLOT?
